1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the platform.
• By using the platform, you warrant that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts found with false information may be suspended or terminated.

2. Platform Overview

Sattva Times is a listing and discovery platform that allows users to access verified service providers (tutors, homestays, halls, etc.) across India. We facilitate direct access between users and vendors, without brokerage or commission. Access to contact details is unlocked via SattvaPoints (SP) — a virtual credit system which users can buy, earn, or redeem through multiple mechanisms. The platform does not act as an intermediary in financial transactions between users and vendors.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate listings, reviews, or referral systems
• Not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any content or data
• Respect the privacy of others and not share contact info obtained unlawfully

Violation of these terms may lead to permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of SP.

4. SattvaPoints (SP) Policy

a. Nature of SP

SattvaPoints are digital credits used to unlock listings or access platform benefits. SP do not represent currency, but may be redeemed under specific conditions outlined below.

b. SP Purchase

• SP can be purchased directly via secure payment gateways
• Prices are subject to GST and may change without prior notice
• Once purchased, SP is non-refundable and non-transferable

c. SP Redemption

• Contributors and Promoters can redeem Earned SP (see Section 6 & 7)
• Redemption is subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Redemptions are processed via UPI/bank transfer within 7–10 working days

5. Listings and Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

• Sattva Times does not guarantee the quality or delivery of services listed
• Users must exercise due diligence before engaging any vendor
• We do not mediate disputes between users and vendors

Vendors found misrepresenting services may be blacklisted or delisted without prior notice.

6. Contributor Terms

Contributors can earn SP by promoting platform products (e.g., Apt Kard, Apt Skills, etc.), creating useful listings, or reviewing verified services.

How Contribution Works:

• Use your smartphone to promote products via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Earn SP when someone purchases a product through your referral
• Write genuine reviews on Google for SP
• Commission is awarded only upon verified lead conversion

All contributor activity is tracked via referral links or code. False promotion, spam, or misleading tactics will result in immediate account action.

7. Promoter Terms

Promoters are users who invest upfront to buy SP at a discounted rate and resell them to vendors, earning a margin.

Key Terms:

• Buy SP at ₹10 each with a 40% bonus (e.g., pay ₹1000, receive 140 SP)
• Resell SP to vendors using promo codes — vendors receive a 10% bonus SP
• Two wallets:
  • Purchased Wallet: tracks SP you buy
  • Earned Wallet: tracks SP earned through resale
• SP can only be withdrawn from the Earned Wallet
• Promoters are responsible for managing their SP stock. If depleted, promo codes will become inactive.

SP misuse, inflated resale pricing, or referral manipulation may lead to wallet freezing and legal recourse.

8. Referral and Review Policy

• SP is awarded only for genuine and verified referrals
• Google reviews must reflect actual experience or qualified listing content
• Duplicate, spammy, or misleading reviews will lead to review disqualification
• Misuse of referral systems will result in blacklisting from contributor/promoter programs

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Sattva Times (text, code, listings, design) is the intellectual property of the platform. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute content
• Use the brand name, logo, or any proprietary system without permission

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• Found violating terms of use
• Engaged in fraudulent or manipulative behavior
• Misusing referral or SP systems

SP in terminated accounts will be forfeited, unless due redemption is pending.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sattva Times is not liable for:

• Any disputes or losses arising from direct engagement with vendors
• Inaccurate listing information or service failures
• Network errors, bugs, or delays in SP processing

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sattva Times, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Any listing or promotion you create
• Violation of these Terms

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be subject to the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
